The Challenge

How might we bring all German Spotify offices together for the first time after COVID-19 to re-connect and get to know all new co-workers in a fun, interesting, creative, and professional way?

Mischief approach

Call it coincidence or fate, but the team to organize and facilitate this event was the perfect mix of Mischief Makers and ATE, even with the support of WeTransfer’s very own Tom as one of the facilitators. With our unique, tried, and tested blend of expertise, mission, and energy, we've been the perfect partners to break the mold and ignite their team's passion for the future of work.

We’ve produced and facilitated various immersive exercises and experiences for the Spotify teams - including introducing departments through dating profiles.

Results

  • Collectively acted on a systemic challenge through diverse methods in experiential learning and emergent facilitation

  • Developed several iterated prototypes immersed in interactive contents and co-creation sessions

  • Multiple offsites hosted with other regions and teams from Spotify
