What you will learn

Gain the skills to lead any group with confidence. From hosting, to guiding team collaboration or designing interactive and participatory sessions - you will level up your facilitation skills through deliberate practice and hands on application. Week 1

Launching your learning experience. Laying the foundation for the why, how and what of group leadership.

Week 2

Baptism of fire into experiential learning, facilitate in front of a group and uncover where you’re at now and how you want to grow.

Week 3

How to design, plan and craft sessions that achieve tangible goals. From intentions and desired outcomes to seamless flows across different platforms and set-ups.

Week 4

How to lead smooth conversations, host interactive activities and keep all participants engaged. How to cope with any situation that pops up in your own style.

Course structure

This is an 8-week course with one live session per week.


You can join from all over the world.

If you're based in Montreal, you can join three to four of the course sessions at our mischievous workshop space in Downtown Montreal, Quebec.


  • 7 evening classes (2,5hrs), Tuesdays 6:30-9:00pm EST

  • Weekly challenges & reflection tasks (individual time investment)

  • Group workshop challenge (+/- 4hrs) + client workshop (2hrs)

  • 1 Group Coaching Call (1.5 h)

  • Final course day (2.5h)

How many spots are there?

The course is open to a max. of 18 bright minds.

Who will be leading the course?

The course will be led by the Mischief Makers core team as well as other expert facilitators from the Mischief Makers Network. Like this you'll experience a diverse range of facilitation styles.

Do I need any previous experience?

Not necessarily. If you're new to the game but you've got a knack for it our door is open! However, this course is for people with an aptitude and passion for facilitation so previous experience is a plus (also, as a reference point for content within the course).

Who can sign-up?

All bright and mischievous minds may join! This course is open to all of you out there who are working (or are about to be working) in roles, which require leadership and people management.
