Take a moment to share positive shoutouts, feedback and appreciation with each member of a group. This for sure leaves people with a big smile on their face! đ
Instructions
Select a team member who will receive feedback first. This person has to close their eyes.
Everyone else grabs a pen and marker and writes down a word of appreciation for the selected person. Once done, they hold it into the camera.
On the count of three, the selected person can open their eyes and read through everyoneâs appreciation for themselves. đ€©
Do this for only a selected person or move on to the next person of the team until you covered everyone.

Post-its or paper + pens or markers (something that is readable on screen).
