Hybrid Offsite: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
The Challenge
How might we design and facilitate hybrid gathering with ca. 40 international participants coming together online and in Washington D.C. to co-create their vision and strategic action plans for their DE&I initiatives.
Mischief approach
Based on our experience design methodology we co-created the agenda, planning for energy and engagement in both the offline and online space. We used interactive formats, hybrid breakouts, knowledge & mindset nuggets and a true tech-choreography, to guide the group through 1,5 days. With facilitators on site as we created a cohesive and inclusive experience for all participants.

Probably one of the best offsites I've been to. Overall good energy, people were engaged and the hybrid setup was well facilitated so people felt included. Even though it was a long day it did not feel tiring.
