How might we set up new ways of working for Student Hotel’s established project steering committee for better and more efficient collaboration.
Mischief Approach
We conducted interviews amongst the Student Hotel Project Steering Committee and scoping out the most valuable insights regarding their working culture and room for improvement.
1 day of WOW - ways of working workshop including team building exercises combined with theory on group dynamics.
Results
Kicked off a structured plan through the means of the Project Point of Departure to collectively establish goals, a social contract and future timeline for the team.
