The Challenge

The goal of this event was to foster authentic connection, trust, and celebration within the team while improving collaboration skills and communication. This approach leads to enhanced motivation, energy, and a sense of belonging. In true mischief fashion - fun and enjoyment were key aspects of the event.

Mischief approach

The PR team of Netflix had a two-day retreat, including:

  • exploring insights profiles

  • collaboration techniques

  • the culture map

  • establishing a social contract

Together, we set out to strengthen group dynamics and improve performance.

Results

  • Introduced models and frameworks for enhanced communication and cross-cultural collaboration

  • Deepened team connections through open sharing and vulnerability

  • Established a clear shared language for communication, social contracts, and engagement
