Bring diverse leaders together to create a manifesto which offers clear goals and direction to inform action towards a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable startup ecosystem based on 10 DEI challenges for the Dutch startup ecosystem.

Created safe space for storytelling on challenges with team of 10 facilitators with topic expertise
Generated community-sourced manifesto with concrete and inspiring ambitions to to create accountability around DEI measures by 2030 in the Dutch startup ecosystem
Contributed meaningfully to changing the face of tech in the Netherlands
