The ‘I-DO’ template provides a structure for scoping the key elements of your workshop, meeting or event. It captures your workshop or session's intention, desired outcomes, and logistical details.
By filling out each section, you can ensure clear goals, effective planning, and a base for successful collaboration.
Use the template as a guide for initial scoping calls of project kick-offs.

Option 1:
While talking to your client or stakeholder, keep the document open in the background and use it as a guide in the conversation.
Option 2:
Share the document with your stakeholder(s) and let them fill it in before taking a moment to walk and talk through it together.
Either way, make sure to clarify and dive deeper into what’s being shared, so there are no misunderstandings.
Don’t shy away to also ask challenging questions or consult, based on your experience.
Once you have all fields filled in you should have a good first overview of the project at hand and can base your next steps and decisions on it (i.e. crafting a proposal, mapping out a timeline, hosting a co-creation session…).
