Working with 25 global leaders from the Responsible Leaders Network to refine their leadership styles and prototype multiple tangible system-change interventions, to shape new economic models that create financial freedom for migrant women and are regenerative, care for all.
This is a complex co-creation project, with high level stakeholders, between BMW Foundation Leadership, our delivery partner Atolye and key participants. Mischief Makers designed, led the program co-creation, translated this into a rich and integrated bespoke program for the Foundation. A virtual Leadership and Systems Change program created specifically to be immersive, interactive and transformational - for top-level leaders.

The goal of this event was to foster authentic connection, trust, and celebration within the team while improving collaboration skills and communication. This ultimately leads to enhanced motivation, energy, and a sense of belonging. In true mischief fashion - fun and enjoyment were key aspects of the event.
