Basic
An interactive session where you'll gain insight and possibilities of facilitating. In 2-4 hours you will understand hosting principles, tools, techniques and best practices which you can directly apply within your own future sessions and practice. All in all, you will uncover the potential and power of facilitation and how to host like a PRO.
2 - 3 (with home work & reflections)
Foundational principles
Explore the foundational principles of session design and get insights on how to generate a seamless flow and engagement. The foundation takes 2-3 sessions that enable the participants to know how and when to use which online tools, how to lead conversations, and invite active contribution.
5 (With homework & reflections)
Deep dive
Facilitation training for your employees, crafted to fit specific platforms, wishes and needs. This training is set up in 5 sessions taking up to 2 hours (per session) enabling the participants to build knowledge and practice with new online tools, reflect and learn by doing to build confidence and their own facilitation style.

We often utilize a ‘train the trainer’ approach empowering (up)skilled facilitators to spread the art of facilitation further, while we coach along the way and provide them with teacher training kits.
(Note: Everyone in the organization is introduced to facilitation at least through a booster, via peer training or self-led learning materials.)

Once unlocked, facilitation skills can be implemented in a large range of situations and contexts; from daily team check-ins to topic focussed workshops & work sessions, large-scale events and conferences. You can even bring these skills to your next dinner party.
Facilitation skills empower everyone working within (or is about to be working within) roles requiring hosting skills, leadership and people management. Previous experience is not required. Our door is open for everyone new to the game with a knack for it.
We advise to join with a group of about 8-15 people. However, this is not set in stone. Depending on the scope of your training we can also set up an experience that caters for larger groups (20+ participants).
