Virtual Team Summit
The Challenge
How might we facilitate a virtual team summit for 150 global team members to connect with one another, align on the annual strategy as well as sharing inspiration.
Mischief Approach
We co-created the meeting agenda, designed a virtual olympics experience. We hosted and facilitated a 4 hour session including a world cafe activity to facilitate a collective brainstorm and breakout discussions in smaller break out groups to align on team priorities and key work streams for the year.
Results
Generated a high amount of input from the audience via the world Cafe and Mural
Enabled all voices to be heard in designing the annual strategy
100% on engagement from all participants
