The goal of this event was to foster authentic connection, trust, and celebration within the team while improving collaboration skills and communication. This approach leads to enhanced motivation, energy, and a sense of belonging. In true mischief fashion - fun and enjoyment were key aspects of the event.
Through a series of incrementally expanding team days, and team coaching we co-created a shared language and series of working practices that allowed teams to enter into and stay within high performing stages of team development. We facilitated team days focused on building belonging and connection, and coached teams leaders through applying and iterating upon new collaborative approaches focused on cross pollination, resilience and adaptability.
