The Challenge

How might we train Wieden&Kennedy's Inclusion and Diversity team in the art of online facilitation with in order to enhance better internal conversations?

Mischief Approach

A 6 hours online facilitation training broken down into 2 sessions of 3 hours where participants respectively dove deeper into workshop design, hosting like a pro and group dynamics. Experiencing different conversational formats in order to inspire for direct internal application.

Results

  • Built skills and confidence to host internal conversations within the diversity and inclusion team

  • Exercises directly applicable into their own meetings 

  • Additional trainings booked: online facilitation, meeting design and gravitas.
